Five years ago, I sat helplessly beside my daughter’s hospital bed, watching her fight through pain so intense it would bring her to tears and sometimes cause her to faint. Month after month, her cycle would arrive like a storm — overwhelming, relentless, and cruel. Each hospital visit ended the same: doctors telling us that powerful pain medicine was the “only option.” But over time, that medicine drained her spirit and made her even more unwell.

One night, during an emergency store run, it hit me: Is this really all women are given? Is this truly the best answer for something so universal? In that moment, I made a promise to myself and to my daughter — I would find something better.

For the next two years, I immersed myself in study. I read, researched, and attended wellness events, learning from herbalists and health experts. Slowly, I began piecing together a formula — not just to ease pain, but to bring balance, strength, and overall wellness to women’s lives.

When I finally gave my daughter the first sample, I held my breath. Within an hour, she looked at me with tears in her eyes and said, “Dad… this works.” Then she told me words I’ll never forget: “You have to share this with the world.”

That’s how Cycle 180 was born — not as a product, but as a promise to women everywhere. A promise that no woman should feel forced to suffer in silence, and no one should have to settle for “just getting by.” Cycle 180 exists to bring relief, comfort, and wellness into the lives of women everywhere.
